Q1: What exactly does the 10205/2/1 module do?
A: It provides two analog output channels in a fail-safe module for Honeywell’s FSC I/O rack. Each channel can output 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA,
and the module includes diagnostics (D/A and A/D conversion) to monitor correct output, crosstalk and
de-energization. The analog signals are galvanically isolated.
Q2: Can this module be used in redundant I/O racks (i.e., parallel outputs)?
A: One source states it cannot be used in redundant I/O with parallel current outputs because outputs can’t be
parallell-connected. Therefore if your system uses redundant analog outputs,
you likely need a different variant.

A: The module includes onboard potentiometers (P2 and P3) for calibration. Calibration is performed
